1. OVERVIEW

This Docker image is provided by Fine Productions Oy ("Company") for local development and testing purposes only. The image contains:

  • PostgreSQL (licensed under PostgreSQL License)
  • Adobe S3 Mock (licensed under Apache License 2.0)
  • Proprietary software owned by Company

IMPORTANT: This software is NOT production-ready and is NOT intended for production use.

2. PERMITTED USES

You may use this Docker image ONLY for:

  • Local development on individual developer machines
  • Automated testing in continuous integration (CI) environments
  • Internal development and testing within your organization

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may NOT:

  • Use this software in any production environment
  • Use this software for any commercial purposes (except internal development/testing)
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
  • Publicly redistribute or commercially distribute this image
  • Remove or alter any license notices or attribution

4. REDISTRIBUTION

Internal redistribution is permitted solely for development and testing purposes within your organization (e.g., internal container registries, development team sharing). Public or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

This image includes third-party software with their respective licenses:

  • PostgreSQL: Subject to PostgreSQL License
  • Adobe S3 Mock: Subject to Apache License 2.0

These components retain their original licensing terms. The restrictions in this EULA apply specifically to Fine Productions Oy's proprietary components.

6. NO WARRANTIES OR SUPPORT

This software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Fine Productions Oy disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No support, maintenance, or updates are provided.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fine Productions Oy shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the software.
